Péronne

Local facilities (here, a médiathèque and a museum) are called upon to build community and to recompose degraded urban environments (here, the entrance to Péronne, caught between a bowling alley and listed heritage). A heavy task, which we resolve without spectacular effect. The disparate program is organized around a verdant patio. Each entity addresses it with its own spatial expression, a constellation of rooms, an aggregate of small architectures that are both everyday and stimulating.
